The former crop area is being prepared for a new project that studies water flow.

A beach can be seen in the distance.

The 'desert' region. Regions are in large part controlled by the amount of water that is made available.

A tunnel to one of the two 'lungs'. The lungs are expandable structures that are used to control
air pressure as the dome heats and cools.

The South Lung. The black ceiling is made of a rubber compound that rises and falls as required
to maintain adequate air pressure within the biosphere.
